Job Description:
Need a Scrum Master with 10 yrs of exp • Location: Lisle HQ,
Illinois (4 days onsite; no exceptions) Need local American folks-
US Citizen Key conditions : We do not want candidates from out of
state who are willing to relocate. I need someone local to Chicago
area and come in 4 days a week. We cannot compromise on this
requirement as I need this person to be my change agent. • Job
Type: Contractor • Working hours: 8 AM to 5 PM CST Responsibilities
may include but are not limited to: • Must be a Certified Scrum
Master with 10 years an Agile practitioner/Scrum Master •
Experience working with an agile mindset on large scale,
technically complex projects • Experience using Azure DevOps is
mandatory • Candidate must have experience on integrating ADO data
to PowerBI; • Experience in metrics implementation and reporting
using PowerBI dashboard • Has to run team on Scrum / Scaled agile
framework • Participate in Scrum of Scrums/ PI Planning syncs with
RTE and other Scrum Masters • Facilitate breakout sessions, manage
dependencies & risks, support confidence vote, draft PI Objectives
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse
teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high
attention to detail.
