Responsibilities for the Senior Finance Systems Analyst: • Serve as
a key team member on the design, build, and rollout of OneStream,
Regal Rexnord's unified financial systems platform • Collaborate
cross-functionally with finance leaders and global users to
identify business needs and drive systems enhancements • As Senior
Finance Systems Analyst , manage financial system workflows
including planning, consolidation, account reconciliation, metadata
maintenance, and user access controls • Develop change management
protocols, document procedures, and ensure SOX compliance across
finance systems • Create and maintain user training, write and
execute testing scripts, and support the establishment of robust
data governance standards • Proactively identify opportunities to
improve automation, streamline reporting, and enhance
decision-making processes Qualifications for the Senior Finance
Systems Analyst: • Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance,
or related field; CPA preferred • 2-6 years of experience in
financial systems, accounting, or FP&A within large, complex
organizations • Experience with OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC, or
similar CPM tools- Senior Finance Systems Analyst candidates with
systems development or ERP integration experience highly valued
