care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist
clients with mobility and daily activities to promote independence.
Monitor health conditions as directed. Prepare nutritious meals and
support dietary needs. Engage clients in meaningful conversation
and activities to enhance social interaction. Document and report
any changes in client condition to the healthcare team. Maintain a
clean and safe environment for clients. Build trusting
relationships with clients and their families. Drive clients to and
from appointments. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent;
additional certifications in caregiving preferred. Previous
experience in home health care or a similar role is a plus. Valid
driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication
and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a
commitment to client care. Ability to work flexible hours,
including evenings and weekends. Willing and able to work in Lake
Country Area.
