vibrant Shorewood, WI, serves a diverse client base with a
comprehensive array of insurance products including auto, home,
property, business, life, and health insurance. We are currently
seeking a Licensed Insurance Account Manager to join our dedicated
team. This role is pivotal in managing and growing our client
relationships and ensuring their peace-of-mind through our
insurance services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
providing effective solutions tailored to client needs, maintaining
and growing a book of business, and ensuring exceptional service
standards at all times. Develop and maintain strong relationships
with new and existing clients. Prepare, analyze, and verify
insurance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Handle
client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Stay abreast of new
insurance products and industry trends. Collaborate with sales
teams to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction and
retention. Adjust existing coverage or recommend new coverage
options based on client needs. Conduct policy reviews to update and
upgrade coverage as necessary. Strong understanding of insurance
policies and industry regulations. Excellent interpersonal and
customer service skills. Proficiency with insurance management
systems and software. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple
tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective negotiation and sales skills. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state-issued
insurance license.
