What You'll Do: Service & Support: Act as the first point of contact, assisting clients with their branding needs, answering inquiries, and providing informed product guidance. Build Relationships: Engage with clients to understand their vision, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their branding needs. Responsive Action: Our leads are generated from ongoing demand, to make it smoother to generate new business leads—your focus will be on servicing existing interest with speed and care. Drive Client Satisfaction: Collaborate closely with clients, working as an advisor to make their branding goals a reality. Proactive Client Engagement: Focus on servicing inbound and outbound leads generated by strong market demand, prioritizing responsiveness and attentiveness to enhance client experience Who You Are : You bring 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in support, customer success, account management, sales, or similar roles. Analytical skills for creative problem-solving solutions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively across multiple projects. Passion for delivering fantastic customer experience and solutions. Enthusiasm for exploring new ideas and strategies.
