data integrity, and accelerate critical decision-making across

science through reliability and performance. Description Drive the
expansion and adoption of niche laboratory equipment and solutions
within clinical environments, focusing on hospitals and reference
laboratories. Build and lead a high-performing, goal-oriented sales
team dedicated to acquiring new customers. Cultivate strong
relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers to
expand brand presence and market penetration. Analyze market trends
and competitor activity to uncover opportunities and adjust sales
strategies accordingly. Act as a key feedback channel to product
teams by sharing customer insights and market demands. Profile 10
years of clinical sales experience. Proven success selling capital
equipment, consumables, and services in a clinical or laboratory
setting. Demonstrated experience growing product adoption and
standardization within large hospital networks. Experience managing
and developing inside and field-based sales teams. Strong
understanding of value-based selling strategies. Excellent
planning, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency
with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Willingness to travel up to 50% across the US. Eligible locations
include: MA, RI, ME, NJ, NH, CA, TN, MD, PA, GA, IL, TX, FL, NC,
WA, CO, MI, DC, OH, NV, OK, UT Job Offer $150,000 - $170,000 base
