PLZ Aeroscience is the North American leader in specialty aerosol and liquid product manufacturing. The PLZ family of companies specializes in the development, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution of a comprehensive line of contract fill, branded and private-label products. We formulate, blend, fill and package more than 2,500 branded and private label products includingcleaners and polishers,industrial solvents,lubricants and degreasers,adhesives,sanitary supply disinfectants,insecticides,air fresheners, andpersonal care productsfor home and industrial use. We are hiring a Director of Sales, E-commerce to develop and guide PLZ's e-commerce strategy for branded and private label products through traditional e-commerce customers as well as brick and mortar customer's digital initiatives. Develop and execute eCommerce strategic annual sales and marketing plans for the key customers, ie Walmart.com, Amazon, Kroger, Instacart, etc. Work with sales and marketing to Optimize the content strategy and leverage how, where and when content is integrated into the shopping experience Work with traditional brick and mortar customers to penetrate their e-commerce platforms and increase distribution, sales and profits Define e-commerce features and functionality through Retailer sites and click-to-cart optimizations on PLZ portfolio websites Create a suite of reporting tools that allow for easy, intuitive reporting to all key stakeholders along with actionable insights. Collaboratively work with Retail Marketing to develop a monthly and quarterly eCommerce merchandising and marketing plan. Qualifications: Bachelor of Business or equivalent experience. 5 years' experience calling on e-commerce customers (Amazon, Google, Ebay, Etsy, etc.) Strong working knowledge of digital measurement tools including expertise in site analytics tools Proficient in Internet navigation, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Content Analytics, WebCollage, Nielsen, Brandbank, Power Reviews, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Retail Link & Supplier Center Note: As an employer with more than 100 employees, PLZ will be following the OSHA requirements regarding vaccinations and testing.
