Integrated Solutions, the new system integration business for Duravant, is focused on providing solutions to both integrator and end-user customers. Integrated Solutions leverages the products from our Duravant family of companies, which includes automated equipment for food processing, packaging, and material handling along with products and services from strategic equipment partners. Integrated Solutions is part of FMH Conveyors (a Duravant Company).Integrated Solutions is adding a seasoned Sales Manager to their team. This position will be based in the Chicago area.POSITION SUMMARY:The Sales Manager is responsible for representing Duravant's full suite of Integrated Solutions to the clients within the Distribution, Ecommerce and Parcel vertical markets. This role requires the Sales Director to gain an understanding of the client's business needs and initiatives. Collaborate with the solution development team in designing best in class solutions. The Sales Director is responsible for effectively communicating Duravant's solutions and benefits to the client.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: --- Work with other Duravant Operating Companies and their sales teams to leverage existing customer relationships to develop additional revenue opportunities for Duravant. --- Develop and maintain and effective target account penetration and management strategy. --- Drive revenue growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction. --- Develop a complete understanding of the client's organizational structure and key buying influences. --- Lead the commercial effort of the development, promotion, and sale of Duravant Integrated Solutions for the assigned vertical markets. --- Provide and maintain accurate sales forecast. --- Manage and log all selling activity through CRM software. --- Gain understanding of Duranvant's family of products & execution capabilities. --- Understand the key technical, operational, and commercial challenges facing the prospective customer to assist in developing a value-added solution.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree. A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience is a plus. --- 10+ years of complex solution sales in logistics or automation --- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Technical writing skills
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
    • Ability to interface with colleagues and customers at all levels, by virtue of professional competence, integrity, and personal style.
    • Travel 50% +PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the colleague is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk or hear; uses hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls. On occasion, the colleague may be required to climb and work in high places, stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.The incumbent must occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
