KO Business Solutions is working with a client in Downers Grove who is looking to add Website Sales Specialist to their team! The Inside Sales - Website Specialist position consists of providing small to medium size medical professionals with the tools they need to meet and expand their business. As a Website Specialist, you will be asked to efficiently and proactively manage your leads list, which is composed of qualified leads from verified sources. This will consist of following up with existing leads as well as initiating conversations with new leads. You should be proficient on the phone and be familiar with and excel at, techniques such as bypassing the gatekeeper, feature-benefit pitching, test closing, and up-selling.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively pitch the benefits of websites and Internet marketing to small-medium-sized medical practices and convert prospects to clients.
• Efficiently manage a leads list through a CRM system.
• Be diligent in lead follow-up and scheduling appointments
  This position is a contract to hire position.
  Pay: $40,000 base + commission, $60,000 potential first year earnings
  Schedule: M-F 8 am - 5 pm
  Requirements- High School Diploma or GED required
  
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business; or equivalent work-related experience
  • Past sales experience a plus
  • Knowledge of software or SaaS a plus
  • Past customer service experience a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM solutions (i.e.,Salesforce, Siebel, etc.) a plus
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Self-starter
  • Driven to meet and surpass goals/targets
  • Can handle high volume
  • Ability to multitask
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Product Suite

    • Experience in a short sell cycle, with one call close experience.
    • Experience working with websites and social media for small-medium businesses.
