RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Downers Grove, IL. Essential Duties: * Responsible for interacting with customers who have inquired about a mortgage product and transition the customer to a Mortgage Loan Officer* Make/Take a high volume of outbound/inbound calls* Communicate with Mortgage Loan Officers when transitioning the customer* Refer non sales inquiries to other departments as needed. * Update records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken* Manage a pipeline of leads and schedule follow up calls per department protocol* Perform other administrative tasks as neededJob Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:* 2-4 years of experience* Verbal and written communication skills* Attention to detail* Customer service skills* Interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and manage one's time* Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information* Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry softwareKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
