We are looking for a high performing Contract Business Intelligence Analyst to provide insight by transforming large sets of data into simplified, meaningful, and actionable trends, dashboards, reports and visualizations for use by executives, operations, finance, sales, and other internal departments.   • Identify development needs in order to improve and streamline operations.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that help analyze performance metrics, key operations, and business functions.NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics or other closely realted field.
    • 2-4 years hands-on experience developing and supporting reporting solutions, dashboards & scorecards using Microsoft Power BI technologies, SQL BI, and Excel
    • Experienced in Microsoft Azure database and data storage technologies, Azure Data Factory, Azure cloud environment
    • 2-4 years of experience with large and diverse datasets in an analytics/reporting oriented team
    • Experienced SQL development in an analytics environment and DAX required
    • Experience setting up automated data refresh of dashboards
    • Experience implementing various security models (row/column level, workspace, apps, etc) on data and have an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI
    • Must have experience with data modeling in an analytics environment
    • Must have strong data analytics skills including the ability to find data discrepancies, irregularities, trends, and patterns
    • Must have strong problem solving skills
    • Ideally would have experience with performance tuning and query optimization
    • Hands-on experience with implementing data and analytics management programs desired
