Job Description:

Our aerospace client is looking for an individual with previous experience and knowledge as an assembler to join their team! This position will offer a starting pay of $15-17/hour and will be available 1st shift (6am or 7am start). The ideal candidate is someone who has the ability to work well as a team, along with the ability to stay on task working with small parts.. Employment Types: Full Time, Temporary or Contract. Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00 / hour Duties:

• Mixing and applying Rexlon coating to product.
• Grit blasting to prep parent material prior to application.
• Inspection of parts to ensure conformance to quality standards.
• Input data into visual management forms and convey results to management as required.
• Continuously improve processes, and procedures, and eliminate waste.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.. Position Requirements:
  • Requires the applicant to be a US Person with a US permanent residence
  • Experience in general assembly operations.
  • Ability to work with small parts and details.
  • Ability to use inspection microscope.
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions.
  • Ability to communicate with employees and management in a positive manner.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 LBS Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
