**This role is based in Downers Grove, IL.
**Hybrid role - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
This is a critical role as Instant Brands continues to accelerate
growth in ecommerce. This role will help inform critical decisions
in optimizing ecomm retail sites, analyze category sales trend,
while partnering with the Director of Ecomm, Business units and
Sales to improve the customer experience and drive conversion and
Deliver high quality, timely, and actionable insights that define
opportunities and risks and translate into clear recommendations
with associated implications for the business
Develop and present detailed quantitative analysis and qualitative
insights to team as well as senior leadership in a manner that is
easily interpreted and aids strategic and tactical decision
Develop KPIs to measure growth and success
Partner with the content merchandisers to constantly seek out
opportunities to improve eCommerce metrics (e.g. sales & site
performance, conversion rate, user engagement)
QA and validate that all Profitero implementations for new and
existing projects are capturing the correct data points accurately;
Identify gaps in current data capture strategy to create an
improvements roadmap that can support future digital product
Utilize data insights to inform the development of A/B tests
(including developing a hypothesis, influencing creativity,
identifying success metrics, and analysis) that drive improvement
on key websites.
Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly e-commerce
reports tracking key metrics, POS and flagging any trends or
Partner with GBU, Director of Ecomm on strategy for major events
(ex. Prime Day, Black Friday, Holidays, etc.) to ensure flawless
Key lead on Data & Analytics to develop the full power and
expertise of our teams to provide outstanding services to the GBU's
to enable their ongoing strategy.
Ensure recommendations are grounded in each brands business needs
2-3 years of digital analytics, sales analytics, or marketing
Bachelor's Degree required
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Proven ability to translate complex findings into actionable
Strong ability to consolidate data inputs from different web
analytics tools to bring forward cohesive insights and action
Proven analytic and quantitative decision-making skills, including
significant examples of problem-solving, performing detailed
analysis, and developing and communicating recommendations.
Strong work-ethic, with high degree of self-motivation and ability
to work with limited supervision.
Ability to manage demanding deadlines, changing requirements, and
working with various resources or information.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet
