Job Description:
Job Title: General Manager Location: Onsite - South Bend, IN
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually Position Summary We are
seeking a proactive and tech-savvy General Manager to oversee core
operations, sales systems, and marketing support for a
high-performing field team. This role requires strong
organizational and leadership skills, along with an understanding
of CRM platforms and emerging AI tools to drive efficiency and
growth. Key Responsibilities Administer CRM and field software
systems, ensuring data accuracy and workflow efficiency. Support
local marketing efforts, including digital content coordination and
SEO asset management. Provide operational oversight for field
logistics, equipment, and team readiness. Prepare weekly
performance reports to support leadership decision-making.
Qualifications Experience managing CRM systems (Monday.com or
similar). Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and operations
(e.g., ChatGPT, image generators). Strong problem-solving,
organizational, and technical troubleshooting skills. Background in
home services, franchising, or field team operations preferred.
