    Responsibilities:

    • Manage front office operations, including guest service, brand standards, room availability, cost controls, profitability, systems management, department management, policy enforcement, and meetings.
    • Monitor and support team performance, provide training, coaching, evaluation, and rewards. Assist with scheduling and reviews.
    • Review guest satisfaction scores and implement improvements.
    • Greet guests, respond to inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.

      Requirements:

      • 1-2 years supervisory experience in a Hyatt or luxury hotel environment.
      • Two-year college degree or equivalent hospitality experience.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack).
      • Fluent in English; additional languages, especially Spanish, are a plus.
      • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
      • High energy, positive attitude, and motivation skills.
      • Reliable, capable of multitasking, and able to work under pressure.
      • Must be available to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

        * Pay rate is $21 per hour.
        This position is at a location where Hyatt is not the employer. The employer may be a third-party management company responsible for employment benefits and obligations.
