Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bankruptcy Specialist (Hybrid
Remote/In-Office).
Key Responsibilities
Process and review incoming federal bankruptcy court documents and
pleadings
Prepare and file proof of claims and reaffirmation agreements in
federal bankruptcy courts
Communicate with members, legal representatives, and bankruptcy
trustees regarding account actions and compliance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3-5 years of experience in a bankruptcy position or related
financial setting
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in banking and credit
or collection law preferred
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of PACER
and CM/ECF filing preferred
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment
Desire to learn and update knowledge on financial concepts and
strategies
