Bell Ambulance is a progressive, client-oriented company devoted

grown to be the largest ambulance service provider in Wisconsin. We
are a certified participant and contracted provider in the City of
Milwaukee 911 system. We have nine locations in Milwaukee County,
one in Waukesha County, and one in Racine County. We receive more
than 120,000 calls per year.Job Title: IT System EngineerLocation:
Milwaukee, WI (On-Site) Reports To: IT DirectorSummary: The Systems
Engineer will design, develop, implement, and maintain complex
systems, ensuring they function as intended and meet organizational
needs. The work of this position, in cooperation with other IT and
Bell staff, allows our EMS crews to provide the highest level of
emergent care, while operating as the largest provider of ambulance
services in the State of Wisconsin. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Manages and
monitors all installed systems and infrastructure for Bell
Ambulance to be in accordance with company guidelines or
SOP'sDefines customers' needs and functionality in a service
development cycleAssists in the coordination of various teams,
testing and evaluating for the development of design and its
implementation of the best (practices) outputEnsures the highest
level of systems and infrastructure availabilityImplements warranty
and support activitiesEvaluates the existing systems and provides
the technical direction to IT Support staffPlans and implements
system automation as required for better efficiencyOversees the
development of customized software and hardware
requirementsCollaborates with other professionals to ensure high
quality deliverables within the organization guidelines, policies,
and proceduresManages work processes, optimization methods, and
risk management tools in the given projects for the successful
accomplishments according to the requirements of Bell Ambulance

Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field5+ years'
experience in system engineering or related rolesStrong knowledge

scripting and automation toolsProficiency with MDM solutionsGood
documentation practicesFirmware, BIOS, and hardware management
