Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing team at Mike Agruss Law in Oak Brook, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices in an accurate and timely manner. You will need to be detail-oriented and have great organizational skills as you will be responsible for tracking payments and ensuring all invoices are accurately coded and allocated. In addition to strong administrative skills, we are looking for a team player who is customer-service oriented and can problem solve. Responsibilities:
--- Process settlement checks and pay clients
--- Process invoices and check requests in accordance with established company policies and procedures
--- Reconcile vendor accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial records
--- Produce monthly reports on Accounts Payable activity
--- Enter bills and invoices into accounting software

Qualifications:
--- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
--- Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Office Skills, as determined by an assessment
--- Previous accounting experience, particularly with QuickBooks or similar software
--- A thorough understanding of accounting principles
--- US work authorization
