Position Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Accountant, this role will focus on processing
accounts receivable for a growing multi-location manufacturing
organization with locations across the United States.
Job Duties
---Manage the daily input of cash coming in and applying payments
accurately and efficiently to customer accounts.
---Analyzing and researching payment discrepancies and following up
internally and externally to help resolve these issues.
---Run weekly customer aging's which will be used in corporate
reporting and also sent to customers so that we have engagement
with customers in a consistent manner.
---Work cross-functionally to solve and improve the standard issues
that arise in the AR process.
---Support the ops billing process and create manual invoices for
customers when needed.
---Participate in month-end close AR process by helping identify
any transactions that need to move into the correct period.
---Demonstrate initiative for expanding skill set and knowledge of
the business.
---Maintain and develop appropriate accounting processes, including
review of internal controls and best practices.

---Experience with accounts receivable 2+ years preferred
