Provide product availability to customers, order status, including pricing and shipping details. Provide options and solutions that will drive an enhanced customer experience. This position will partner closely with our Plants and Sales team to provide accurate information to customers.The Impact You Will Have:Answer inbound calls with an elevated customer experience approach using the first call resolution process. Inbound calls include product availability, order status, pricing, and shipping details to customers.Process email requests and inquiresProcess credits based on complete research to ensure proper credits are being appliedUse basic upsell and cross sell techniques to provide product and service alternativesPrioritize rush orders and special requestsProvide proactive solution-based support and product recommendations via verbal and/or written communication directly with customersCollaborate and build cross functional relationships with internal and external customers, including within their work teamQualifications:High school degree or equivalent requiredCustomer service experience; entry-level candidates will be consideredEffective in identifying, analyzing, and solving problemsExcellent oral, written, and decision-making skillsEOE/M/F/D/V/SO
