Our client in the Accounting Industry is looking to add a full-time Talent Acquisition to their team! The ideal candidate must have previous recruiting experience, partnered with strong coordination and exposure supporting a large team. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior recruiting experience that is looking for a role more administrative in nature. Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience with heavy* coordination
• Financial Services OR Accounting Industry experience is required!
• Bachelor's Degree is a plus!
  Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Recruiting Team.
  • Manage interview calendars for several Recruiters on the team (coordinating interviews, sending interview/start confirmation details, etc).
  • Assist with reporting, checklists and notetaking during team meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team, bringing new ideas to the table to make the recruiting process more efficient.
  • Asist with additional projects and duties as assigned.
