Job Description Our client is global leading Biotechnology company, located in Downers Grove, IL. Global Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include forecasting hiring needs, sourcing potential hires on various online channels, building relationships with passive candidates and hiring managers and evaluating candidates--- performance in interviews and assignments. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, the position will create strong talent pipelines for our company---s current and future hiring needs. - Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies. - Source potential candidates based on future-focused CJ BIO division needs (HQ and local) through a diverse channel such as online social platforms and professional networks through conferences, industry events. - Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs supporting business succession planning. - Manage full cycle recruiting process and responsibilities using ATS across all departments including screening, scheduling, interviewing, and support pre-onboarding as needed. - Communicate regularly with HR departments (Global and Local) to get a clear view of company---s hiring needs, special recruiting project and organizational goals. - Lead company branding initiatives by actively participating in college job fairs, interacting with students and professionals promoting our company. - Build and maintain good relationship with universities (especially with Korean Student Associations) and foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. - Conduct external research and analysis of talent market conditions affecting the talent supply of key positions. - Perform other duties as necessary. - Bachelor---s Degree (Business Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or other related fields). - Bilingual needed: Korean-English. - Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role 3 years of more. - Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations - Ability to participate in a high-performance team-based environment that is fast-learning and adaptive. - Ability to communicate effectively and participate in a continuous improvement culture, including utilizing problem-solving skills. - Critical thinking, multi-tasking and troubleshooting skills. - Must be organized and show attention to detail. - Must be able to maintain confidentiality. - Competitive compensation package and commissions - 15 days PTO - Full Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision - Relocation Support - Work on-site.
