OFFICE-based opportunity - Preferred locations: Dublin, OH; The Woodlands, TX; Chicago, IL.
Overview:Partners with the Corporate Account Manager (CAM) in developing profitable sales to assigned Corporate Accounts. Works with internal & external customers and suppliers regarding communications, administrative, logistical, and sales functions.
What You'll Do

• Act on the CAMs behalf when appropriate in handling & directing internal/external communications
• Coordinate with CAMs to assist with customer sales strategy and execution.
• Participates in customer calls as needed.
• Perform Cost Workups to support new and ongoing business, including comparative customer analysis and price calculation.
• Interface with Product Management, PMM, SCO, Transportation, and other key functions at the direction of the CAM for cost and special customer requirements.
• Assesses logistical network options to improve netbacks for specific customer moves.
• Frontline for decision-making for customer pricing, credit, and material availability issues.
• Identifies poor performing product families; drives optimization and synergy (i.e. pursue lower costs, alternative vendors, ship from locations, bundled shipments, etc.).
• Conducts analysis of customer reports (Tableau, SAP/AO, SFDC, etc.) to provide CAM with customer insights.
• Coordinate, validate, and update new and/or existing "Enterprise-Wide" forecast data for Product Management to ensure product availability.
• Work directly with finance & A/R to resolve improper invoicing & chargebacks.
• Excel updates - Adding, removing, or deactivating accounts; adding new products; maintaining pricing terms and protections; reassigning accounts; editing pricing and dates.
• Review/Facilitate neXprise requests that stop at the Corporate Account Dashboard.
• Perform other related duties as required or requested.
  What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or the equivalent in related work experience.
  • 2 to 3 years experience in chemical distribution with broad product familiarity and general knowledge of sales, operations, procurement, and customer service functions.
    Specialized Knowledge/Skills Needed:
    • Demonstrates strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with the capacity to handle diverse and significant requirements in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations.
    • Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills for interface and collaboration with all organizational levels.
    • Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
