Experience in customer service and/or manual labor is helpful, but anyone with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills should apply. Job Responsibilities Include:

• Must be on time and in uniform for every shift
• Must be available to work extended hours on scheduled shift days
• As the face of our company, you will engage every customer with professionalism and a friendly attitude
• Conform to company standards of uniform dress code
• Understand our brand and be able to sell our service by educating the customer to secure the sale
• WOW every customer with the utmost respect, attitude, personality, and quality customer service - we thrive on great reviews!
• Help build our client base through local marketing efforts such as door hanger & lawn sign placement and fun traffic waves
• Take care to safely pack, stack, and transport furniture and belongings to various locations
• Complete each assigned work order in a timely manner while communicating to management throughout the day
• Manage paperwork, payments, and receipts and submit them all at the end of your shift.
• Keep our image clean with weekly truck cleaning & detailing Moving : Hands-on labor

  • Take care to pad & wrap, load, and transport customers furniture & belongings safely without causing damage
  • Safely & responsibly operate company trucks at all times obeying traffic laws & using your partner to spot you while reversing
  • Accountable for paperwork completion and payment security
  • Responsible for keeping track of tools and ensuring they are returned to the office at the end of your shift Junk Removal : Hands-on labor
    • Build rapport and bond with your client by being friendly and engaging - Go above and beyond to leave a lasting impression
    • Load your junk truck, clean up, transport & sort items destined for donation or disposal
    • Safely & responsibly operate company trucks at all times obeying traffic laws & using your partner to spot you while reversing
    • Accountable for safety, job completion, and payment/paperwork security
    • Responsible for keeping track of tools and ensuring they are returned to the office at the end of your shift What we offer:

      • No CDL required Ideal candidates:
        
        • Must be over 18 (age 23 and older is a plus)
        • Must have reliable transportation to work
        • Must have a valid drivers license with a clean record to be eligible to drive
        • Must be able to lift and carry upwards of 75lbs regularly for extended periods of time
        • Must be able to commit to an 8-10 hour shift as needed
        • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
        • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision Any previous experience as a Small Box Truck Driver, Route Driver, Customer Service Representative, Crew Member, General Laborer, Outdoor Sales, or Warehouse Worker is a PLUS!
