Our client is looking for someone to join their team as the Heat Treat Operator, which will be responsible for the operation of various heat treat processes. This position is responsible for contributing to the improvement of safety, quality, productivity and cost of the heat treat department.

Employment Types: Full Time, Temp to Hire.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

Duties:

+ Promote safety awareness

+ Adhere ot all documented work procedures

+ Work productively and ensure time flow of orders

+ Demonstrate continued improvement in the areas of quality and productivity

Position Requirements:

+ Min 1 year heat treat experience

+ Ability to read and analyze engineering prints

+ Strong math skills

+ Attitude of openness

+ Able to lift 75 lbs

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

Work Location: SMX @ Rexnord Industries, 2400 Curtiss Street, Downers Grove, IL 60515.
