Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Assistant Production Crew Member to join our team. This role focuses on manual labor tasks to support concrete coating installations, including preparing trucks and job sites, assisting with product application, and ensuring thorough cleanup after each job. Responsibilities: General & Team Support: - Assist production team with job site setup, preparation, and cleanup - Follow directions from the Production Manager or Crew Lead to complete tasks efficiently and safely - Participate in training to learn proper installation techniques and safety procedures Project Preparation: - Prep trucks each morning with necessary materials, tools, and equipment - Load and unload supplies at the shop and job sites - Maintain organized and clean trucks, trailers, and storage areas - Notify Production Manager or Crew Lead of low inventory or damaged tools/equipment Installation & Application: - Assist with surface preparation, including cleaning, grinding, or etching concrete - Mix and prepare coating materials safely and accurately - Apply coatings using rollers, squeegees, or other tools as directed - Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE Quality & Cleanup: - Support final walkthroughs to identify touch-ups needed - Clean job sites thoroughly after completion - Clean and maintain tools and equipment for future use Customer Service: - Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor with clients on-site - Answer simple client questions courteously and refer detailed inquiries to the Production Manager or Crew Lead Requirements: - Ability to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods - Willingness to learn installation processes and safety protocols - Reliable transportation to and from the CCS shop in Milwaukee and local job sites - Valid driver's license preferred - High school diploma or equivalent preferred Benefits: - Competitive hourly pay - On-the-job training with opportunities for advancement - Supportive team environment - Steady full-time work with a reputable local company
