year A bit about us: We are currently seeking a highly-skilled and
self-motivated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is
an excellent opportunity to work alongside accomplished attorneys
in a well-established legal firm, focusing primarily on Estate
Administration. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned legal
professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience, who is
passionate about providing high-quality legal services and
solutions to our clients Why join us? Responsibilities: As an
Associate Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include but
are not limited to: 1. Manage and oversee all aspects of estate
administration, including probate, trust administration, and estate
tax returns. 2. Provide legal advice to clients on estate planning,
wills, trusts, and related legal matters. 3. Draft, review, and
negotiate legal documents such as wills, trusts, estate plans, and
powers of attorney. 4. Represent clients in court proceedings,
mediations, and negotiations as necessary. 5. Conduct legal
research and analysis to provide the best legal strategies for our
clients. Job Details Qualifications: The successful candidate must
meet the following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate degree from
an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar and in good
standing. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate
administration or a related field. 4. Proven track record of
successfully managing estate administration cases. 5. Exceptional
interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to
