About the Role
This dynamic role merges Curriculum Development with Systems and
Technical Training delivery. You will analyze, design, develop, and
implement both web-based and instructor-led training for Canon
software and hardware products. Additionally, you will deliver
training sessions in both virtual and classroom environments. This
position requires full-time presence at your assigned
office(s)/worksite(s)/territory.
Your Impact
--- Develop and deliver technical training to internal and external
customers
--- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to improve and
refine training program content
--- Provide coaching and constructive feedback to students to
ensure the support professionals efficiently meet course
requirements
--- Conduct dealer visits and discuss training needs on current
training programs and systems
--- Identify new application features, and coordinate the
information with other trainers and implement key initiatives
--- Research, plan and evaluate the effectiveness of processes,
systems, procedures or methodologies through review and evaluation
of detailed data
