Our cutting-edge system enables retailers to directly connect with shipping companies, streamlining all EDI and API processes for seamless order management.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with over 10 years of expertise in SaaS logistics product management. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing our SaaS solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of efficiency, scalability, and reliability.Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management:Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to deployment, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Architectural Design:Lead the architectural design and development of our SaaS logistics platform, ensuring it aligns with business goals and technical requirements.
• Integration:Manage EDI and API integrations between retailers, manufacturers, and shipping companies, ensuring seamless data flow and communication.
• Technical Leadership:Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Performance Optimization:Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and security.
• Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, technical specifications, and integration processes.
• Compliance:Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards and regulations.Qualifications:
  • Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical architecture and SaaS logistics product management.
  • Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in EDI, API integration, cloud computing, and software development methodologies.
  • Leadership:Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
