liabilities of its members under the United States Longshore &
Harbor Workers' Compensation Act.

The Technical Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between the
Information Systems department and business stakeholders,
identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through
improved systems and processes. This role is responsible for
translating business needs into clear technical requirements,
managing technology deliverables, and collaborating closely with
development teams, quality assurance, and end users to ensure
successful implementation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a
commitment to industry best practices, provide strategic insight,
and possess a strong understanding of scalable cloud-based
solutions aligned with organizational goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
