Join them on their exciting journey of taste, quality, and innovation as a Technical Service Specialist in their Quality department!Summary:Provide support in updating and creating technical documents.Provide support in responding to customer requests for information from Customers, Sales, and various others.Provide support in monitoring and updating online Quality and Food Safety platforms with technical documents and online forms, such as Trace Gains, Safefood360, Repositrak, Intelex, etc.Provide support in reviewing label proofs.Assists with vendor document review and approval. Monitor expiring documents.Provide assistance on research and development projects.Investigate new regulations around the world.Provide support as needed with Analytical methods development and special testing for products and customers
needs.Review and approval of product labels.Experience:Bachelor's Degree in a science related field (Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, etc.)A minimum of two years in quality, documentation, and/or regulatory coming from the food industry.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Internet Applications, Word, Excel, NAV, QCBD, and SCADA.Great communication skills (internal and external.)Detail oriented.
