Job Description Job Description and Responsibilities - Delivery key tasks/assignments as directed by manager to support developed strategies, policies, initiatives, and plans. - Develop and keep refining information security and IT related policies and procedures required by in compliance with internal CJ Group, government laws and regulations. - Administer implementation of all related policies, procedures, standards, adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, and recommend appropriate corrective actions when needed. - Conduct presentations on development Information Security Awareness and provides training as required. - Collaborate and effectively engage with teams and departments to develop synergy effect and develop simple application to achieve process innovation. - Serve as an advisory IT specialist to management with minimum supervision. - Maintain and secure Windows based server environment, network, computers and various application software - Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical support and perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. - IT related asset management. - Other duties as assigned. - Development globally and for European region. Job Qualifications, Education and Experience: - Bachelor---s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in public administration, Computer science, Information System, or closely related field preferred OR 5 years of equivalent experience. - Strong understanding of information security concepts, principles, and best practices are required - Ability to maintain a detail-oriented approach while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. - Advanced project management discipline, research skills and multi-tasking abilities; prioritizes work activities, set goals, and develops realistic action plans. - Ability to interact with personnel on all levels to resolve issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. - Understands the need for, and consistently practices, effective teamwork with others. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, systematic thinking, and a good understanding of IT-related field. - Proficient in MS office, SAP(ERP), and/or other equivalent programs Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities - Windows, MS Offices, MS SQL, SAP (ERP), DRM, Network Environment, Knowledge of business asset management.
