Job Description:

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Human Resource Supervisor outside of Chicago, IL! The qualified candidate will work to implement policies and procedures in accordance with company objectives to promote a culture of employee engagement. They will also maintain a working relationship between the union and management.Responsibilities:Manage compensation, benefits and payroll administrationEnsure company policy and work rules are followedAssist in organizational development planning and implementationAdminister EEO/AAP and OSHA/Safety programs to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.Provide communication between supervisors and union personnelAssist HR Manager with related mattersSupervise and coach direct reports, complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reportsQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor s degreeBilingual English/Spanish3+ years
experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment.Experience working in union environment (highly preferred)ADP Workforce Now experience (preferred)
