Due to growth, we have an opportunity in Downers Grove to add to staff for a Recruiter to join our team! The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to create and execute staffing programs that will deliver the talented employees our clients need to run and grow their operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute successful recruiting programs for our client base
Accurately maintain and update applicant, employee, and client data within operational software systems
Assist Business Development Manager in obtaining new client leads
Provide our clients with outstanding customer service at all times
Full Account Management

Essential Skills and Functions:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities/projects
Strong problem-solving skills & interpersonal savvy

Desired Qualifications:
One to two years of previous recruiting experience
Above average communication skills - bilingual Spanish is a plus
Strong PC skills as these are critical to your success in this role
