impressions to our guests. As a Host at Mason Street Grill, you
will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone
for their dining experience. You will greet and seat guests, manage
reservations, and ensure that every guest feels welcomed and cared
for from the moment they arrive. Mason Street Grill in downtown
Milwaukee has become a local favorite for wood-grilled steaks,
fresh seafood, handcrafted cocktails, and jazz music. In addition
to great food and drinks, we provide exceptional service you can’t

Whether it’s the enticing aromas from the grill, the background
sounds of live music, or the taste of a refreshing cocktail after a
long day at work, we want to ensure that our guests’ time with us
will bring them back again and again. What you will be doing: ·
Warmly greet guests as they arrive and check for reservations or
log walk-ins. · Escort guests to their tables, present menus and
wine lists, and introduce the assigned server. · Manage the flow of
seating to ensure even distribution and timely service. · Receive,
record, and organize reservations and special requests. · Answer
phones promptly and courteously, using proper greeting and
communication standards. · Maintain cleanliness and organization of
the host stand and entry area. · Assist with coat check and
validate guest parking. · Support servers and bussers by assisting
as needed to ensure seamless service. · Perform other duties as
assigned by management. Position Requirements: · Prior restaurant
or hospitality experience required; host/hostess experience
preferred. · Strong communication skills with a pleasant,
professional phone voice. · Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment and remain composed during busy periods. · Proficiency
in English to communicate with guests and staff. · Ability to move
through crowded spaces while escorting guests. · Knowledge of
proper etiquette and guest service standards. · Familiarity with
reservation systems such as OpenTable preferred. · Cash handling
experience preferred. · Flexible schedule including evenings,
