Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Partner with clients, guests, and catering team members to deliver exceptional events that exceed expectations Oversee all aspects of catering event execution, ensuring quality, service, and adherence to budgetary guidelines Coordinate staffing and logistics with operations managers, and maintain accurate event documentation for service effectiveness Design customized catering menus in collaboration with clients and culinary leadership while driving repeat and new business opportunities Recruit, coach, and manage team members, including hiring, payroll accuracy, and performance reviews to build a high-performing events team More about you Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of catering management experience in an arena or other large venue required Experience in food preparation, inventory and cost control, scheduling, and purchasing Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Previous catering software experience preferred Must be available to work all event days, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical requirements Capacity to stand and walk during the entirety of shift Shift details Days Evenings On call Holidays Evenings as needed Weekends Events OT as needed Who we are Delaware North has operated concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012.
