Our Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the management, direction and organization of the restaurant operations. You ensure that the food and beverage quality is spectacular-all while maximizing profits.What to expect:Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:

• Ensuring that food and beverage team members consistently produce high quality food preparation and service
• Ensuring compliance of sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
• Overseeing positive guest service in all areas including responding to complaints and taking appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
• Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant staffing needs. Preparing schedules, covering shifts and making sure the restaurant is properly staffed for all shifts
• Supervising, coaching and mentoring team members to create an environment that encourages the development and growth of all involvedYour experience and qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two plus years in a fast-paced restaurant, bar or coffee shop in a supervisory role
  • Food Handlers and Liquor Permit required
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic
  • Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems
  • Proficient at fulfilling guest requests in a thorough and timely manner
  • Knowledge and application of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
  • Demonstrated knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions
