Job Description Pride Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the team in Manitowoc, WI 54220 . The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients referred for occupational therapy services according to physician orders. Job Summary: This role focuses on restoring functional independence, improving daily living skills, and supporting patient recovery through individualized treatment plans. The therapist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive initial patient evaluations , including administering appropriate tests and functional assessments. Identify impairments, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs based on clinical findings. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers. Provide therapeutic interventions aligned with physician orders and established therapy goals . Monitor patient progress and consistently document functional improvements and goal attainment . Update treatment plans and therapy goals in accordance with departmental standards. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation reflecting skilled therapy services. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated patient care. Ensure compliance with National Patient Safety Standards and healthcare regulations . Demonstrate efficient time management and productivity according to department expectations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and responsible utilization of healthcare resources. Support lymphedema-focused therapy services as required by the department. Required Qualifications Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (Bachelor’s degree accepted if obtained prior to 2007 under grandfathered guidelines) Wisconsin Occupational Therapist License or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent within 30 days of hire Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills Preferred Qualifications Minimum two (2) years of Occupational Therapy experience Experience in hospital or clinical therapy settings Experience or familiarity with lymphedema therapy Additional Information: Location: Manitowoc, WI 54220 Contract: 3 Months with possible extension Shift Schedule: Day Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 40 hours/week Pay Rate: $55 - $66/hour (*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.)
