care to patients of all ages - Diagnose and manage acute and

wellness exams, and health screenings - Perform routine in-office
procedures (as applicable) - Order and interpret labs, imaging, and
diagnostic tests - Develop and manage long-term treatment plans -
Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary teams -
Maintain accurate EMR documentation ? Qualifications - MD or DO –
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine - Active
Illinois medical license (or ability to obtain) - Strong commitment
to patient-centered, evidence-based care - Excellent communication
