Job Description AHS Staffing is seeking a local contract Clinic Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a local contract job in Worth, Illinois. We're currently seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the Worth, IL area. Qualifications: - MUST be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Active Illinois BCBA license - Hours are 9-5pm or 10-6pm M-F - Prefer a BcBA with at least 2 years experience, but not required - Pay Rate: $85-$95 Per Hour Role Overview: As a BCBA, you will work along with a multidisciplinary team to create programs for behavior reduction as well as skill acquisition with a student-centered outlook. This is the perfect position to grow in the field of behavior analysis and support individuals in a school-based setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development. Position Details: - Schedule: Full-time - Hours can vary based on preference of 9-5pm or 10-6pm; M-F - Direct Hire - Dates: ASAP - Setting: Clinic - In-person only - Clinic is BCBA owned and play based. Clinic specializes in early childhood and elementary aged children. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) - Lead and support RBTs in implementing effective strategies throughout the school day - Partner closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, school staff, and families to foster consistency and measurable progress - Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and supervision for RBTs Ready to Make a Difference?
