Apply now and we’ll connect you with a recruiter who'll reach out with more details. /n Minimum Requirements /n - Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA - Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment - BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC /n Assignment Details /n - Facility Type: Outpatient - Shift: Days - Schedule: 4x - Working Hours: 2 days 7am-6pm and 2 days 7am-5pm - Patient Caseload: 9-10 patients per day - Onboarding: 3 days of orientation and training prior to treating patients - Therapists have their own treatment room or curtained bay with workstation, linen/supply cabinet, treatment table - All clinics have gym space with great equipment /n Location Highlights /n Pleasant Prairie offers a variety of recreational activities and cultural attractions.
