Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiac Catheterization Lab Location: Downers Grove, IL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,145 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Downers Grove, Illinois, 60515! Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: RN Duration: 8 weeks, with potential for extension Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 2 years in Cath Lab License: Active state license Certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA), ARRT or RTR Must-Have: - Associate's degree - Previous EPIC experience Description: The Cath Lab consists of 4 labs and sees approximately 15-23 cases per day. Patient types are adults only seeking inpatient and outpatient interventional cardiac services. Charting is done using EPIC. Skills required include aseptic technique knowledge, sheath pulling, TR band placement/removal, and line securement. Candidates should be able to interpret EKG and cardiac rhythms. Experience with IABP and Impella is preferred. Applicants with RCIS certification are highly preferred.
