Role Description This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Visit Nurse at Elite Care. The Visit Nurse will be responsible for providing compassionate care to patients with catastrophic injuries, evaluating care options, and working with caregivers to ensure the well-being of patients. This role is based in Chicago, Will, Cook counties. Qualifications - Patient assessment and care skills - Knowledge of long-term care and home care practices - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with a team - Experience in working with catastrophic injury patients - Current RN license in the state of Illinois - Bachelor's degree in Nursing is plus
