Join our multi-disciplinary team to provide recovery-oriented services to clients using evidence-based practices. You'll support clients in achieving psychiatric stability through crisis intervention, therapy, medication training, and case management services in the community.Key Responsibilities:Conduct assessments (IM-CANs) to determine service needs and provide referrals and linkage to resources.Collaborate with the CST team to facilitate individual & group skill-building activities for community living and recovery goals.Maintain clinical documentation, including electronic records and progress notes, ensuring compliance.Assist clients in securing entitlements and therapeutic recreational opportunities.Participate in on-call rotations and handle crisis interventions as needed.Keep families, guardians, and staff informed of client progress and any major changes.Additional Duties:Attend case staffings, clinical meetings, and trainings to stay current with trends and best practices.Maintain confidentiality, follow all regulatory standards, and report any conditions impacting client safety.If you're ready to make a meaningful difference and work in a collaborative, community-focused setting, apply now!https://recruiting.paylocity.com/recruiting/jobs/Details/1050535/Envision-Unlimited/Mental-Health-Specialist-Acute-Community-Treatment-ACT Requirements:The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
