Responsibilities include:

Round and manage clinical care for geriatric patients in partner facilities, including skilled nursing, long term care, assisted living, independent living and memory care facilities.
Travel to facilities to provide medical coverage 4 days/week.
Build relationships with the facility staff, administrator and nursing director.
Engage with the multi-disciplinary care team to address quality of care and patient care needs.
Complete timely documentation and billing for services provided per Curana policy.
Respond to daytime calls from the facility when not physically present.
Assist with the transition to the permanent Curana provider(s).
Serve as a model and representative of Curana Health at all times.

Qualifications:

NP degree
Unrestricted licensure in multiple states with ability to obtain additional licenses within first 30 days
Easy access to a major airport for frequent travel
