Job Family: SalesReq ID: 304611Global Sales Operations LAER Activity and Customer Health ManagerPosition OverviewThe LAER activity andCustomer Health Manager focus will be the development of an integratedenvironment that provides holistic and actionable insight into DISW activitieson an account, industry, region, and portfolio level, while at the same timegaining insight into account health and status. The integrated solution should improvesales engagements in the LAER process, reduce sales cost, increase productivityfor all three DISW go-to-market channels and facilitate DISWs transformation toand success as a SaaS provider.The Policies &Processes Manager will collaborate with all parts of DISW business and reportto the Sr. Director GSCS GTM and Supporting Operations responsible forPolicies, Processes, Pricing and Quality.Responsibilities

  • Identify all compelling events in DISW LAER process anddevelop LAER relevant metrics and KPIs for all DISW business models andgo-to-market channels
  • Develop and update an integrated, highly automated environmentthat leads to concrete and actionable tasks for every organization andhierarchy involved in DISW go-to-market activities as part of the LAERmodelRequired Knowledge/Skills,Education, and Experience
    • 5+ years related Softwareindustry business experience, BA or BS degree required
    • High SaaS customer healthand provider activity acumen
    • High operational and LAER salesprocess acumenAbility to:
      • Engage with all levels ofthe organization for improvements and solution development
      • Collaboratively work withmatrixed departments and leadership to project plan, problem-solve and deliverresults
      • Translate complexity andeffectively communicate to non-technical professionals
      • Work independently anddrive improvements
      • Successfully influencebusiness partners, even when holding a contrary position
      • Excellent projectmanagement, organization, and time management skills
      • Demonstrated experience communicatingcomplex ideas in effective & efficient manor, verbally and in writing
      • Strong MS office andpresentation skills
      • Good SFDC skills
      • Amount of travel with thisposition is approximately 25%
