This role will shape and lead the strategic direction of our Program Operations Department to include administrative services, case management care team, and program excellence. As a key member of the leadership team, the Senior Director of Program Operations will oversee the development and execution of operational strategies that support the organization's mission and drive measurable outcomes. This includes full oversight of compliance, process improvement, and business planning across the department. The successful candidate will be an innovative systems-thinker, an experienced team leader, and a collaborative partner across all programmatic and administrative functions.   • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
  • At least 2 years of Director-level experience in human services
  • 3-7 years of management experience
  • Knowledge of federal and state home and community-based services statutes and regulations
  • Understanding of developmental disabilities and person-centered planning
  • Proficiency with case management software and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Personal vehicle in good condition for work use
  • Valid Colorado driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to meet driving requirements; waiver possible upon requestPreferred
    • Master's degree in human services or related fieldAdditional Responsibilities
      • Oversee program and departmental operations ensuring quality services
      • Develop and maintain program strategies with stakeholders
      • Set and monitor departmental goals aligned with organizational strategy
      • Conduct risk, SWOT, and cost-benefit analyses; advise leadership
      • Build relationships with agency departments, state agencies, and community partners
      • Stay updated on policy and contractual changes
      • Update departmental policies and procedures
      • Manage staff performance and development
