Client Relationships - Health Plan role embodies all the Xsolis'
core values in leading and managing the team accountable for
establishing new Health Plan relationships and managing existing
Health Plan customers. This leadership and management position is
responsible for managing a team of New Business Sales and Client
Relationship Executives and is accountable for revenue retention
and growth, customer satisfaction, opportunity generation, and
proactive relationship management across the entire breadth of a
customer's engagement with Xsolis.Essential Duties &
Responsibilities
- Manage the creation and execution of new business sales plans
and customer specific revenue retention and growth strategies for
existing Health Plan clients leveraging relationship management
skills, strategic account planning, return on investment analysis,
and sales process execution.
- Build and develop a high-performance team of New Business Sales
and Client Relationship Executives.
- Maintain and expand relational footprint with clients, focusing
especially on Director, VP, and C-suite contacts.
- Manage and support the New Business Team to ensure development
and execution of detailed sales plan for assigned clients.
- Manage and support the expansion of Health Plan connections
with Xsolis Provider clients through collaboration with client
managed care leaders and Xsolis sales representatives and client
relationship executives.
- Ensure effectiveness of operational activities internally
across Client Onboarding, Support, Sales, Customer Experience,
Quarterly Business Reviews, Product, IT, Customer Communications,
Billing, & Finance.
- Establish client advocacy for purposes of reference and other
sales support activities within each client.
- Secure participation from assigned clients in XSOLIS advisory
boards, and product-related special interest groups.
- Provide thought leadership and also act as a key voice of the
customer and voice of the field to ensure important messaging is
delivered and driven within the company.
- Remain abreast of market trends, competition, competitive
issues, products and customer needs.
- Provide accurate annual and quarterly forecasts/pipeline
tracking.
- Attend all required meetings, training sessions, company
events, and industry trade shows/conferences.
- Travel to customer locations (up to 60% travel) and industry
events in support of sales efforts.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending
educational workshops; reviewing professional publications;
establishing personal networks; participating in professional
societies.
- Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge,
Skills, and Abilities)Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; Master's
degree preferred.Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of Account Management, Sales and/or
Consulting experience, with at least 10 years managing working with
Health Plan customers.Other:
- Proven track record of C-Suite relationship management and
sales success.
- Proven track record of contract execution.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue retention
goals with complex customers.
- Professional and effective communication skills required -
comfortable with conversations at the VP and C-Suite level while
also engaging users and support contacts internally and
externally.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis role does not have any
direct reports and is a single contributor role.Working Environment
and Travel Requirements
- Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment
involving minimal exposure to physical risks.
- Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Mostly
sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a
negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise
move objects. Work involves sitting most of the time, but may
involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. No
