The Management Trainee will earn an annual salary of $40,000/year based on a 40-hour work week (paid out at an hourly rate) with access to a full benefit package. What do we do at Assistance Home Care?

Assistance Home Care is a home services company which provides non-medical services, that are intended to assist clients with activities of daily living. We focus on clients with memory loss, movement disorders, and mobility challenges.

What do you need to qualify?

* 4-year Bachelor's degree with an emphasis is Social Work, Gerontology, and/or health care administration as a plus.
* Prior work experience demonstrating growth in areas of responsibility and promotions
* Ability to lift a minimum of 55 lbs. & willing to learn the responsibilities of our Care Professionals
* Must meet all bonified qualifications for employment: including (but not limited to) being fully vaccinated against COVID19, passing an extensive criminal background check, eligible status in the IL IDPH, and having a vehicle / auto insurance / and a valid driver's license.

The Management Trainee Internship Program (MT) is designed to:

* Coach and develop the next generation of leaders at Assistance Home Care
* Develop your skills in coordinating and maintaining schedules for your clients and staff
* Learn best practices for marketing, promoting and educating the community and potential families in need about our service offerings
* Train you on how to ensure that the overall wellbeing of our clients and care teams are our top priority
* Inspire and empower you to learn how to lead others and grow your team
* Challenge you to contribute to achieving our growth goals
* Create an opportunity for full time employment upon completion of the internship.
