The Product Manager I role supports the Fiber Sales and Corporate Development & Strategy (CD&S) Product Teams by driving the strategy design and execution of the Crown Castle Fiber product portfolio. Additionally, the position will help develop go to market strategies, product positioning, program and market analysis to ensure products are continually meeting customer needs via directly interacting with customers, the commercial team and analyzing relevant data sets.


* Build strategy and execution models for the Fiber business, enable revenue targets for sales
* Define software products to achieve strategic goals within cross functional teams
* Manage pricing tools across Fiber products
* Solicit product and market feedback, support leadership level sales discussions to drive roadmaps
* Perform competitive market and product analysis
* Model partner product Demand, design internal programs to support and optimize revenue
* Client Facing support of the Fiber Sales Teams across Operations and go to market strategy
* Model partner product Demand, design internal programs to support and optimize revenue
* Manage pricing workbooks across all channels and systems
* Manage a roadmap of continuous improvements, to be implemented across processes and tools
* Perform competitive market analysis
* Report to key leadership and stakeholders to make recommendations on new product development opportunities
* Collaborate with project managers to determine how existing product and service offering can be refined to support existing business objectives


* Self-motivated, and ability to tackle a project with limited information available
* Demonstrated success in building products and programs in support of Company strategy and KPIs
* Demonstrated ability to break down complex datasets into easy to understand, actionable outputs
* Ability to work across multiple functions/departments
* Experience in Product Development and automation


* Bachelor's degree or relevant job experience; Analytical or STEM degree preferred

Experience/Minimum Requirements

* 5+ years of product management within fiber telecommunications or similar experience
* Basic software development skills: scripting (Python, Perl), SQL, databases, APIs and understanding of the SDLC
* Ability to communicate about software engineering and deliverables with software engineers
* Strong communication and presentation skills required, including partner facing in-person communications
* Ability to travel to various locations in US. overnight travel may be required approximately 10% of time

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week). There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.

This may be considered a remote role with the expectation of on-site/in-person collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter and may require up to 10% travel.
